We not only exist as ourselves but as other aspects of our soul. Some may exist on this planet and other on other planets or dimensions. The Higher-Self is the part of the soul that is aware of all of them wherever they exist. Your Higher- Self holds the human being on to Planet Earth to be part of the Ascension.
