Trance mediumship is a more direct way of Spirit communication.

We will look at the way your Spirit team connect with you and how to ‘allow’ them to draw close enough to speak through you. Develop your experience by recognising the difference between ‘energies’ as they draw close to you.

You may also, just want to practice with your Spirit Team

Previous experience of Grounding and Protecting is necessary, also an awareness of your Guides and Helpers.
