An opportunity to just ‘be’ in a safe environment which will allow your guides and helpers to expand your energy to be able to hold more light. You will be guided to ground and open your chakras and remain in a protected space for 20 minutes. On returning there will be a sharing of what happened and then a further 20 minute expansion will take place followed by further sharing. There will be an opportunity to receive some information or advice from the Facilitator regarding personal development.
