My name is Lisa Mechen and through my 15 year journey with Reiki, I have had so much joy in helping others experience energy in its most powerful and most personal form. I teach this time-honoured healing technique in a small group, so that each of you really feels what it's like to heal and be healed, while achieving your personal goals in health and setting up your own healing practices.

On the course you will learn Reiki history, Japanese Reiki techniques for cleansing and setting any space you're in, the 3 healing symbols with full explanation on how to use them, how Reiki works to heal plants, animals and planet, hand positions for self-healing/healing others, Reiki attunements to Dr Usui and the Tibetan symbols, along with an extra symbol - The Golden Merkabah (my personal gift to my students).

Once you have been attuned to Reiki's ancient healing ability, a whole new world of opportunity will open, this will allow you to use your healing skill on private clients (human or animal) or planetary/global situations. As Reiki can also be sent via distance healing (across space and time) you're not restricted by distance in any way, which is an invaluable healing tool in your Reiki practice for helping people when you can’t be physically with them.

It will be my pleasure to guide you along your own personal path, empowering yourself and others by learning the beautiful Japanese healing art of Reiki.
