Beginning with smudging, we will walk around the Medicine Wheel, meeting the Guardian animals of each direction learning the lessons they teach us. In the few hours we have we will encounter each animal through meditation and drumming. In the afternoon we will be making our own smudge fan to take home at the end of the day. I will be supplying the basic items needed but you may wish to personalise your smudge fan by collecting your own feathers as well as any other gifts from nature to make it unique to you.

I will be providing some feathers for you to use but I will also have some extra special ones which you can buy from me if you wish as well as some other special items. Though this won`t be necessary if you are happy with your own or the ones I have provided. Feel free to bring your drum or rattle if you have one! Aho.
